Exklusiver Schreib-Workshop mit zwei Expertinnen

On May 30 and 31, a song lyrics workshop will take place at Universum® Bremen. What's happening is about formulating what moves you at heart. Because writing a song means giving the connection to loved ones or what enriches your life a permanent home. The result is a soundtrack for eternity that will accompany you throughout the ages.

The workshop will be led by Pille Hillebrand, professional songwriter for greats such as Sarah Connor and Santiano and lecturer in songwriting, and Anna Gläsker, musician with three published albums and literary scholar specializing in poetry. Together they will teach the necessary craft to find your own voice and capture the essentials forever.

The workshop combines creative writing exercises with compact introductions to songwriting, including many sample songs. You will learn how to find your own personal focus from a big idea, build up the content of a song and finally bring your own thoughts into a coherent form. In addition to professional impulses, there is plenty of space for creative exchange and your own writing. Finally, the workshop offers an insight into the possibilities of generating songs with the help of AI in order to find the right sound for your own lines.

The weekend workshop is aimed at adults of all ages and is part of the program accompanying the current special exhibition "LOVE.". It costs 95 euros per person including a lunch snack and a visit to the special exhibition. Please bring writing utensils, a smartphone and headphones; no previous knowledge is required.

The workshop "Your song for eternity" will take place for registered participants on Saturday, May 30, from 3 to 6 p.m. and on Sunday, May 31, from 10 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. at Universum® Bremen.
