Who are 01099 actually?

01099 are the hip hop act of the sustainability generation. Sexism, insults and hatred have no place in their lyrics - instead, they convey an attitude to life that strikes a chord with our times: lightness and mosh pits.
The trio consisting of Gustav, Paul and Zachi combine their first-class musical training, the ambition to reinterpret rap and Dresden's Neustadt district, whose zip code gives the group its name.

In 2020, "Frisch" is released and the rap crew catapults itself beyond Dresden's borders into the country's playlists within a very short time. The fact that they are the newcomer act of the decade is clear by 2021 at the latest: the Dachfenster EP charts at #9 and is already awarded two gold records for the main singles "Frisch" and "Durstlöscher". Nominations for the 1Live Krone or the New Music Award seal the success. With over 250 million streams on all platforms, the boys will not be slowed down in 2022 either. On 25.03.22 they released their long-awaited album "Altbau", which charted at #7 in the album charts and #2 in the hip-hop charts. For the focus track "Glücklich", the trio teamed up with none other than CRO. Features with LEA, $OHO BANI, BHZ, RIN or most recently Ski Aggu follow.

01099 Live means: euphoria and wild mosh pits. After an extensive festival season full of headliner slots, sold-out tours with over 50,000 visitors, it's time to go one better!
