Eye Hate God (Sludge Metal / US)

Since their formation in New Orleans in 1988, the pioneers of sludge metal have been shaping underground culture with their raw, unbridled energy and unique sound. Their music is a brutal symbiosis of dark doom riffs, punkish aggression and southern-gothic charm - heavy, slow, distorted and yet with a hypnotic force that captivates the listener. With lyrics that relentlessly address social depravity, addiction and human suffering, and a sound that is like a hammer blow to the chest, they have shaped genres and inspired countless artists.

Misère ( Black Metal / HB)

After being founded as a solo project in 2022, Misère underwent a steady development that resulted in the formation of a permanent line-up in 2025. With their first release Bēacn, the band positioned themselves in black metal, but looked beyond familiar patterns to find new ways to express their vision. In doing so, Misère combine black, death metal and progressive influences to create a contemporary overall picture that consistently focuses on artistic independence and technical adeptness.
