Komahawk are releasing a new album after a 28-year break. They remain true to their mix of thrash metal/punk/hardcore. Doomsday for Democracy will be released on 12.06.26 via Fuego Records. Supporting the band: Tyson and Judas Hengst

Komahawk (Thrash Metal / HB)

The 90s were the decade of new beginnings: everything was allowed and so a lot of new musical fusions and creative, cross-genre formations emerged. Bremen was always a hotspot for punk and hardcore and in 1992 a breath of fresh air came from the Weser metropolis with the formation of Komahawk. The band found their sound in a powerful crossover of thrash, hardcore and punk. (Time for Metal)

Judas Hengst (Post-Metal / HB)

Judas Hengst is a post-metal band from Bremen. The gloomy, industrial beauty of the harbor city, captured in melancholic melodies and driving riffs, is captured for eternity. Judas Hengst embodies varied songwriting, a rousing groove and the perfectly balanced alternation between clear vocals and aggressive screams with English and now also German lyrics.
