FADR-HAUFF

FADR/HAUFF is a hybrid DJ/live project of two Mannheim-based artists with a shared passion for live jamming, drum breaks and trumpet. The approach to their live shows is simple: groovy, sample-heavy house tracks, scratching, live saxophone & trumpets, driving, infectious sound. Julian Maier-Hauff works at the interface of electronics and acoustics, combining live instruments with electronic sounds to give his music depth and spontaneous creativity. FADR provides the foundation with a selection of house, breakbeats, enriched with turntablism in the form of rap and soul acapella cuts.
