FahrSicherheitsTraining Senior:innen (Fahrrad oder E-Bike)
In the organizer's words:
Through exercises and targeted repetition, you will gain more safety and confidence when cycling. In this 3-hour course, you will learn to feel more comfortable on your bike or e-bike, to learn or improve important cycling skills and to control your bike safely even in challenging situations.
Together with our experienced trainers, you will practise and experience the following content in a relaxed atmosphere:
- Safety check on all bikes
- Ergonomic seating position
- Balance, starting and braking
- Safety exercises
- Correct gear shifting
- Tips for road traffic
- Individual exercise tips
All exercises are carried out in such a way that you only do what you feel comfortable with. The course is also suitable for e-bikes and teaches you safety and self-confidence on the bike in every situation. There is more freedom and the content is specially tailored to the needs of senior citizens.
