FAMILIENSONNTAG - Kölner Kino Nächte

In the organizer's words:

On Family Sunday in May, we will be showing three episodes of the GDR television series "The Special Day": a series of fifteen-minute short films that take a close look at children's lives. Under the direction of renowned directors such as Roland Steiner and Volker Koepp, and co-directed by the children themselves, the films interweave documentary, poetic and surrealistic elements.
After watching the films together in the cinema, we will get creative ourselves and explore the surroundings of the Filmhaus as attentive observers.

The family Sunday takes place between 11 am and 3 pm.

Participation from the age of 4, older children can also take part in Family Sunday on their own by arrangement on site.

No registration is required. Participation is free of charge. We are happy to receive a donation of materials.

Please bring some provisions for the break and a simple digital camera if you have one
