The instrumental band Glasgow Coma Scale is described in the media as a post-rock band. So a fairly relaxed, grooving experience? Certainly not - a huge surge of energy flows through the sound of the Frankfurt band. Guitar loops typical of the genre alternate with crashing riffs, the band doesn't just operate out of its own scene, it's more a fusion of different styles.

Lazar is an instrumental post-rock band from Hamburg. The motif of their songwriting and sound is the greatest possible dynamism: complex structures, distorted riffs and noisy walls of sound that merge into daylight harmonies or fade into dark spaces - a field of tension between rage and euphoria.

For their manic mix of post-metal, jazzcore and math rock, Feedy actually do something contradictory: they combine the anarchic dissolution of common song structures with systematically recurring elements in their music. The grinding maelstrom of branching guitars and rhythm changes can really tear you apart.
