In this course, you will explore with curiosity and mindfulness what your back really needs - and why the cause of back pain is often not where it hurts. Restrictions in the hips, pelvis, feet or even breathing can cause the back to compensate and tense up. This is exactly where we come in.
Using gentle and precise movement sequences from the Feldenkrais method, you will learn to improve the cooperation between your back, hips and entire body organization. Instead of working on symptoms, you create new connections in the nervous system - through conscious movement, without pressure and with plenty of space to explore.
