femBREATH - Somatic Breathwork & Energetics für Frauen

You function. You carry on. From the outside, everything seems stable - and yet you can feel that something is under tension. Your head is running at full speed, your nervous system can barely keep up.

femBREATH is a somatic space for women who want to reconnect with themselves - not through analysis, but through experience. In the body. In the breath.

Conscious Connected Breathwork meets fine energetic bodywork and warm electronic beats - accompanied by two experienced women in a small, intimate setting (max. 8 participants).

What to expect: a conscious opening on arrival, a guided breathing & energetics session, supported by deep house & organic electronica, as well as time for integration with healthy snacks and drinks.

You don't just go home relaxed. You go home in a state that lasts.

Important: Please be there 10-15 minutes before the start. Come in comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Refills are available on site.

Please eat only a light meal 1.5 - 2 hours before the appointment and do not consume any alcohol or drugs.
