Ahoy and welcome to a musical evening full of wanderlust and longing! Accordionist and singer Andreas Rathgeber invites you on a journey across the wide sea - to where schooners, barques and proud three-masters from the great age of sailing ships cruise the oceans.

Let yourself be whisked away to the world of sailors and sea dogs - to dimly lit harbor pubs, where people sing, drink and spin all kinds of sailor's yarns in the pub. Look forward to well-known shanties, heart-warming sea shanties and old hits - sometimes cheerful, sometimes melancholy and always with a twinkle in the eye. Together we sing of rusks, rum and stockfish, of the hard life and hardships at sea, of sailors tanned by wind and weather - but also of reunions at home and love in distant ports.

A program with many surprises for listening, singing along and dreaming - for all those who have not yet let go of their wanderlust. Come on board!
