On June 21, 2026 - the longest day of the year - we will once again be celebrating the diversity of music and the joy of making music together in the streets, cafés, parks and squares of our beautiful city. As the Fête de la musique falls on a Sunday this year, the conditions are ideal for making the most of the day musically.

All Flavors
The four-piece FLINTA* band All Flavours from Leipzig mixes musical genres to create a handmade sound cocktail: spicy funk beats, a touch of jazzy harmonies, biting rock grooves, complemented by a soulful depth. The songs convey a message and emotions, and All Flavours transform the stage into a place where a lively interaction with the audience is created - characterized by unbridled joy of playing, animating grooves and genuine solidarity.

Mitokeh
The Leipzig-based trio emerged in 2023, though its members have been playing together in different contexts for many years. The band - Antonio Blau (electric guitar), Massimö (electric bass), and Josinua (drums) - builds on a Psych Funk foundation, expanding into a diverse sonic palette that draws on and appreciates influences ranging from Psychedelic Cumbia and Cuban Son to Anatolian Rock and South-East Asian funk.

The Leipzig trio was formed in 2023, but the three have known each other musically for many years. The band - Antonio Blau (electric guitar), Massimö (electric bass) and Josinua (drums) - builds on a psych-funk foundation and uses it to develop a versatile sound that picks up on and appreciates influences ranging from psychedelic cumbia and Cuban son to Anatolian rock and South-East Asian funk.

Rathmann

Rathmann play dark guitar pop. Unpolished and raw. Dirty, spacious and with a sense of romance. On their debut album "Die Goldenen Zwanziger", they have found a clear self-image - an independent sound - and tell honest and approachable stories. When a young couple becomes unintentionally pregnant in their songs, people go off the rails or dystopian future prospects spread - Rathmann set the twenties to music in an abysmal and introspective, catchy and beautiful way. Their own and the decade in which they experience it.


Unfortunately, Teeya Lamée had to cancel her appearance at the Fête de la Musique for health reasons
"Dear all, unfortunately I don't come with such good news today. For health reasons, I am unable to play at WERK 2 as planned this year as part of the Fête de la musique. This decision has been incredibly difficult for me, but my health clearly has to come first. I look forward to seeing you at another time. Have a great festival!
