Fiesta

With Fiesta, RizzutoGallery invites the public to a summer exhibition that brings together artists from North Rhine-Westphalia and Italy. The exhibition thus builds upon the gallery's distinctive profile: with locations in Düsseldorf and Palermo, RizzutoGallery navigates between different places, scenes, and artistic contexts. The exhibited works meet within an open constellation. From heterogeneous artistic approaches, working methods, and narrative forms, temporary proximities emerge: between poetic observation, playful reflection, and analytical precision; between intimacy and exuberance, improvisation and exactness.

Fiesta is conceived as a summer situation: a moment of encounter and multiplicity, sustained by the dynamics of a temporary community. The exhibition is organized by the artist Katharina Maderthaner, represented by the gallery since 2013.
