Firebrigade

With their show "Back to the '80s," The Firebrigade presents a varied program that includes both world-famous hits from the '80s and lesser-known gems from the late '70s.

Their repertoire includes songs by artists such as Huey Lewis & the News, Bruce Springsteen, David Bowie, Rod Stewart, Sting, the Rolling Stones, ZZ Top, The Cure, Men at Work, Robert Palmer, the Style Council, Jackson Browne, Joe Jackson, BAP, the Spider Murphy Gang, and many others. This selection invites you to listen, dance, and be amazed, and delights audiences at a wide variety of venues, from clubs and city festivals to private events.

At the heart of the band is the charismatic singer and entertainer Marcus Int-Veld, who, together with his experienced band, brings the songs to life on stage with skill and a special charm.

Marcus Int-Veld, the band’s founder, can look back on a long and successful career with his group, one that began in the 1980s. The band has recently rebranded and rejuvenated itself by bringing in talented musicians.  The Firebrigade has overcome the challenges of the COVID-19 crisis and is back in action with great enthusiasm and a passion for performing.
