First Class Experience reveals how capitalist power relations shape bodies: how adaptation, silence and being pressed into predetermined spaces become learned strategies - strategies that are deeply inscribed in the body. The autofictional solo performance gleefully slips on a velvety jogging suit and dives into fragile memories that overlap with collective experiences. The tough chewing gum stretches across these shared inscriptions of class, origin and the promise of social advancement. Piano and ballet collide with trash aesthetics and Juicy Couture at a long table with dream-like film works, where milk rolls and energy drinks are served in crystal glasses.
