In the organizer's words:
The French sound sensation returns to Germany with its incomparable groove
FKJ stands for French Kiwi Juice. Frenchman with New Zealand roots Vincent Fenton has become one of the most sought-after acts in the contemporary music scene since his eponymous debut album "French Kiwi Juice" (2017). It is no exaggeration to describe the multi-instrumentalist, producer and singer as an absolute virtuoso. He travels effortlessly between various genres: French house, soul, jazz, funk, R&B, pop and cinematic. FKJ can and does do it all - at the same time. FKJspeaks a completely unique language: it is warm, organic, elegant, physical and deeply rhythmic, never overdone, deeply catchy and simply brilliant. His songs are incredibly dense and complex, yet inspire with an inimitable lightness and infectious groove that is second to none. The recorded live performance of the song "Tadow" (2020) with Masego became a viral hit on YouTube. The song shows the quintessence of what FKJ is all about: spontaneity, versatility, euphoria and seemingly effortless ease. Layer by layer, FKJ builds entire songs in front of the fans' eyes. Using looping, saxophone, guitar, keys, bass and voice, he unfolds his enchanting vocabulary. Since his second album "V I N C E N T" (2022) at the latest, the celebrated genius has become a permanent guest at the world's biggest and most important festivals and has played the most prestigious venues on the planet: Coachella, Red Rocks in the USA, The Apollo in London, Le Zenith in Paris. Collaborations with greats such as Carlos Santana, Little Dragon and Jordan Rakei followed. But the uninterrupted momentum and constant world tour came at a price. When the ground threatened to break away from under his feet, FKJ returned to what was important to him: balance. From then on, the big stage is contrasted with time alone with his loved ones. The result is an unprecedented wealth of inspiration and artistic power. The collaboration with jazz giant Yussef Dayessetnew standards and his new album "Tyber" (2026) catalysed the realization and manifestation of this new, healthy and mature self-image. FKJ'smusic does not push, it opens. It is soft, precise, human, sensual and deeply captivating, and even more: it touches deeply and remains in the heart and ear.
