Whether you're an experienced wine connoisseur or a novice, this event is a Franconian taste explosion where tradition and zeitgeist collide.

This is where it all comes together - retro ambience, food start-ups and great wines. Set off with sharpened senses to your very own regional GenussDialog. Discover winemakers and wines, Franconian specialties, the best Bavarian cheese and, of course, dark fragrant bread.
Young as well as long-time experienced winemaking talents show their portfolio of Franconian white and red wines next to Silvaner. Fresh wind blows through the Franconian cellars: natural wine, organic, spontaneous - there is experimentation and exchange of ideas. History yes, but please on the height of the time - and without running after fashionable, short-lived trends.
Next to the winemakers are the start-ups from Munich's food scene, the Tölzer Kasladen with its terrific artisan cheeses from the Alps and mountain pastures, and the bakers with fresh, fragrant natural sourdough bread.
Hungry? Thirst? Desire? Then there's the right setting in the Old Congress Hall, in the foyer and in the aisles on Thursday, November 9, 2023.
