Sundays Are for Dancing!

Spend your Sunday with us at Grün&Gold—where we dance, train, and connect every week.

This time, we’re thrilled to welcome Sponky, one of the defining pioneers of the European hip-hop scene, for a hip-hop freestyle workshop. The workshop is aimed at freestyle dancers and anyone who wants to take their skills to the next level.

Afterward, we’ll open the floor to everyone: Dancers of all styles and levels are welcome to join the open dance session with DJ Boogie G. Come by, dance along, or just watch—free admission is available, and donations are welcome.

12:30–2:00 p.m.

Recommended for ages 12 and up.

Space is limited. Registration is required when purchasing a ticket (see below). Participation fee: 20 €.

2:30–5:00 p.m.

*Open Dance Session with DJ Boogie G*

Open to everyone—no registration required, free admission (donations welcome).

About the Artists

Sponky

Jean Didier Mamona, better known as Sponky, is an internationally renowned hip-hop dancer, choreographer, and instructor. Raised in Brussels, he was part of the first generation of Belgium’s hip-hop dance scene and co-founded the crew MAGIC FORCE. Since founding the SPONKYSTYLE ACADEMY, he has been training dancers and influencers around the world for over 30 years.

DJ Boogie G

DJ Boogie G from Stuttgart has been an integral part of the popping scene for over 15 years. In recent years, he has also made an excellent name for himself as a DJ and regularly performs at national and international events such as AREA UDC, Kulture of Hype and Hope, and Juste Debout.

With his knack for battle sounds and the right music at the right time, he gets every cypher moving. As a member of the K.W.A. Crew, he is also actively involved in building and strengthening the dance community.
