Freiburger Barockorchester »Apollos Stimmen«

Under the theme “Apollo’s Voices,” the Freiburg Baroque Consort, featuring soprano Anna-Lena Elbert, presents a program consisting exclusively of works by female Baroque composers. The selected cantatas, motets, and trio sonatas showcase the virtuosity and expressiveness of the voice, set against a delicate instrumental accompaniment. In this way, Apollo’s musical inspiration becomes audible, while the voices of the female composers emerge in all their artistic diversity.
