🦪 Fresh Fines de Claire No. 2 oysters at Korkenzieher
Every Friday and Saturday, we serve fresh Fines de Claire No. 2 oysters straight from the French Atlantic coast.
Our oysters are delivered fresh and come straight to us in Cologne—as close to the sea as you can get here.
They’re served the classic way with fresh French bread and homemade mignonette.

6 oysters · 20 €
Of course, we also have the perfect accompaniments by the glass: from crisp white wine to Crémant and Champagne.
Perfect as a light aperitif, to share, or as a relaxed start to the evening.
