Dear all,

we would like to invite you to take part in the "Frontrun" on June 7, 2025 in Cologne's Stadtwald - a unique run (5km/10km solo or 5km as a pair) as part of the queer multi-sport event "Janus Queer Games". This run is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the queer-friendly sports community and come together across national borders.

As well as the run, you can also take part in other sports at the Janus Queer Games, such as volleyball, badminton, athletics, soccer, tennis, martial arts and hiking - so there's something for everyone!
