Formed in 1985 as a Black Flag-influenced hardcore punk band called Virulence, FU MANCHU has since become one of the most famous names in hard rock. The band released their first single "Kept Between Trees" in 1990, in the following years they contributed to the emergence of an iconic heavy style coming out of the desert and branded as stoner rock with other bands like Kyuss, Monster Manget and Sleep.

Since the band's inception, the quartet has built an enthusiastic army of loyal fans, all drawn to the group's guitar-driven sound and lighthearted lyrics. Centered around "classic muscle cars, choppers, vans, skateboarding and science fiction," the band has released thirteen albums and played to sold-out venues worldwide over the course of their career. 2024 marked another milestone for the fuzz rock pioneers with the release of their fourteenth album, The Return Of Tomorrow (their first double album of new material).
