Jen lives in Bangkok—between the front desk of an apartment building and the hotel rooms of strange men. What she sells is time, intimacy, sometimes just a moment. When a meeting gets out of hand, Wason steps in—a bartender who has lost more than he lets on. For a short while, they drift together through the sultry nights.
Then Jen is gone. No trace. No goodbye.
Pim, her roommate, begins to search. Wason follows her. Her trail leads through empty alleys, unfamiliar rooms, unpaid debts, and memories that slip away. All the way to the Cambodian border—or perhaps just back to where Jen had long since vanished.
A quiet search, through nights, memories—and a city that misses no one.

About Director Roderick Warich:
Born in Cologne in 1983. He was the lead writer of the film *Zerrumpelt Herz*, which premiered in 2014 at the Settimana Internazionale della Critica at the Venice Film Festival. His directorial debut, *2557*, premiered at the BAFICI International Film Festival in 2017, followed by screenings in Warsaw, Gothenburg, and Turin.
Together with Sandra Wollner, he wrote the screenplay for *The Trouble With Being Born*, which premiered in 2020 in the Encounters section of the Berlinale and won the Austrian Film Award (Best Screenplay, 2021) and the Thomas Pluch Screenplay Award from Diagonale.
He also co-wrote the screenplay for *Die Theorie Von Allem* with Timm Kröger, which premiered in the main competition at the 80th Venice Film Festival in 2023.
