Furia – der Wut auf der Spur

In the organizer's words:

Furia means rage, fury, anger - and at the same time, according to the etymological dictionary, goddess of revenge, "wildly behaving woman", love rage, enthusiasm or rapture. A term that carries opposites and opens up spaces.

Anger is a feminine word and yet anger affects us all, regardless of gender identity and imprint.

This session is not about "anger and evil", instead we want to curiously explore and experience anger: physically, somatically, creatively, cognitively and verbally in exchange.

We will be accompanied by the questions:

What is your relationship to anger?

How does it manifest itself, what form can it take?

Can you approach it gently?

When does it come knocking - and what lies hidden under its cloak?

What awaits you

Movement & embodiment support you in feeling, perceiving and arriving at your own rhythm.

Your creative expression emerges from this experience - through painting, writing or free design.

Empathic communication offers you a space for reflection and encounter with everything that lies hidden behind your angry gestures and word facades.

You don't need any artistic, physical or theoretical experience - just openness and curiosity about what wants to show itself.

Duration: 5 hours incl. lunch break

On site: Material, tea & snacks as well as soup/stew for the break are available.
