FURIOS!

FURIOS! - A furious show with five goddesses, band and seminar leader.

"Exit light, enter night" (Metallica).

All hell is breaking loose in heaven. Most gods either have a trial on their hands or are already behind bars. #Metoo, abuse of power, corruption. Now the goddesses have to take over, only unfortunately they're pretty out of practice. They meet at a training session for female leaders. The goddesses Aphrodite, Kali, Frau Holle, Freya and Lilith are now really taking hold - a fiery constellation. With pulse-pounding rock anthems, sweaty rap battles and furious arias, they dare to ride the razor's edge to help this discriminated feeling to its right.

In the play development on the theme of anger, actors* meet to explore this feeling in mythology, but also in their personal lives. All from different countries and each from a different generation.

Furios! is a play within a play, a theatrical voyage of discovery through mythology, sociology, medicine and cultural history and, above all, right through one's own biography on the big stage of Heimathafen Neukölln.
