Lecture as part of the accompanying program to the special exhibition He Toi Ora - Soulful Māori Art on Thursday, 15 January 2026 at 6 pm

The artist George Nuku has Māori, Scottish and German roots. His 40-year career has been characterized by continuous development. In this lecture, George Nuku will discuss his artistic career, which began with bones, shells, wood and stone and eventually led him into the world of plastics.
