Geschichtentheater. Geschichten erzählen im Humboldt Forum

In the organizer's words:

Italian, sign language, Norwegian and German: storytelling works in all languages and even when two storytellers speak two different languages. In tandems, two languages become one narrative and no matter if you only speak one language, maybe have only heard the other one before, or if you understand both languages - the story comes alive for everyone! Professional storytellers bring many stories with them: they connect narrative materials, myths and motifs across languages. They keep cultures and traditions alive and even give new life to objects! One story focuses on the stone from which the facade was made, another on a small snail. The tales take up the work of Alexander and Wilhelm and transport us to the myriad stories of tolerance and respect.

Since 2019 she is co-curator at the Humboldt Forum for the project Tell Me Something!
