Friday: 4:00 PM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–10:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m., 4:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m., or 7:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

Sunday: 10:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m.–5:00 p.m., or 5:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m. 

Groups of 8 or more can only be booked via email! 

Additional costs, such as extra glasses or drinks, will be settled on-site via cash, PayPal, or credit card at the event.

What to Expect:

Your ticket includes a glass of your choice and 2 drinks of your choice—whether it’s matcha, hojicha, or our signature mocktails. From wine glasses to champagne flutes to small glass bowls, there’s something for every taste. Want to design a second glass? No problem—depending on which glass you choose, there will be an additional charge.

Your creative session lasts 3 hours, including a brief introduction to techniques, designs, and additional guidance. If there are still spots available afterward, you’re welcome to keep painting, dreaming, and creating.

Imagine this: soft music in the background, the aroma of freshly whisked matcha, the gentle clinking of brushes in the water cup. You’re sitting with friends, laughing, chatting—and right before your eyes, your very own glass artwork takes shape, step by step.

Who is it perfect for?

For friends, couples, teams, and creative minds of all kinds. Ideal for bachelorette parties, birthdays, or team-building events where spending time together is the focus. No prior experience necessary—we’ll bring all the materials, instructions, and, of course, the fun.

What happens when I’m done?

Your glass painting needs to be fired after you’re done (30 minutes at 180 °C). We’re happy to take care of that for you—so there might be a short wait before you can take your finished glass home. If you’d like to get it done faster, you can also simply take your glass home unfired and fire it yourself in your own oven.

Note on Reservations and Price Changes

A reservation made through our booking system solely secures a spot for the selected date but does not constitute a binding purchase agreement.

Price changes or adjustments to our offerings may occur at any time and also apply to reservations that have already been made. There is no entitlement to the prices or terms valid at the time of the reservation as long as no payment has been made and, therefore, no legally binding contract has been concluded.

The contract is not legally binding until full payment for the ticket has been made, under the terms and conditions in effect at that time. The reservation therefore serves solely to secure a seat for organizational purposes.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation:
Up to 7 days before the event date, you can cancel your booking free of charge via email or WhatsApp, or reschedule it for another date.

Cancellation 6 to 2 days before the event:
If you cancel between 6 and 2 days before the event date, we will charge 50% of the ticket price. Alternatively, you may reschedule to another date once at no charge or transfer your ticket to another person.

Cancellation 48 hours or less before the event / No-show:
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the event starts or if you do not show up (no-show), the full ticket price is due. A refund is not possible in this case. However, you can transfer your ticket to another person—please let us know in advance.

Group bookings (8 or more people):
The same deadlines apply to groups of 8 or more people; due to the increased planning effort involved, we reserve the right to charge at least 50% of the total amount for last-minute cancellations (less than 7 days in advance). We will clarify the details in the individual group confirmation email.

Rescheduling:
Rescheduling to a different date is possible—subject to availability—once free of charge up to 48 hours before the event begins. Any additional rescheduling may be subject to a processing fee of €10 per booking.

Vouchers & Promotional Prices:
Tickets that have already been paid for can generally be converted into gift certificates but cannot be refunded in cash. Promotional prices and discounts cannot be combined with other promotions and are valid only for the advertised period and the respective event.

Important Note Regarding Rescheduling:
If you reschedule your ticket to a different date (regardless of when the rescheduling takes place), the new event is considered a new booking. You cannot cancel this new booking for free. If you cancel the new date—regardless of how many days in advance—100% of the ticket price will be charged as a cancellation fee. The rebooking itself is free of charge up to 48 hours before the original event; after that, it is subject to the cancellation rules mentioned above (50% for 6–2 days, 100% for <48 h). We therefore recommend making rebookings as early as possible.

These policies help us plan materials, staff, and seating fairly—while ensuring a high-quality experience for you and all other guests.
