Return journey from Hoffnungsthal possible every half hour by train

From Hoffnungsthal station, the route first runs briefly along the small river Sülz and then uphill to the mining trail in the direction of Bleifeld. We descend past the village of Lüderich and climb up to Honrath. We cross the panoramic hill to the Schiefelbusch estate. After a short descent and ascent, we cross over to the Kupfersiefer Bachtal valley. We cross the stream to Lüghausen. The final descent brings us back to our starting point in Hoffnungsthal.
