Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month from 19:00 - 20:00.
Through Qigong, we can learn to activate our energy circulation and take a break from the stress of everyday life and bring this mindfulness back into our daily lives through breathing, movement and relaxation exercises. We learn small, simple introductory exercises that are relaxing and balancing in times of stress.
