In the organizer's words:

We are GORILLA CLUB and our two albums are called "1-2-3-4!" (2018) and "OK COOL!" (2021).

We have also been playing together in Cologne for many years in the band LOCAS IN LOVE. When we started recording our songs, our little band grew quite quickly, because whenever any of our friends came to visit, they sang or played along straight away. That's why we are now the GORILLA CLUB. Gorillas are pretty interesting, whether they're just sitting around, doing gymnastics in a tree or whatever, they always seem cool and like they know exactly what they're doing.

The 13 songs on our new album "OK COOL!" were all written in the first year of the coronavirus pandemic from spring 2020 to early 2021. Producing new songs for you at a time when all concerts were canceled and it was otherwise pretty bleak was great comfort and great fun - and you are invited to join us. Maybe we'll see you at a concert or somewhere else sometime, and if you like, you can also be a member of the GORILLA CLUB.
