Gourmet wine tasting with amuses gueules and cheese platter with champagne, crémant and Kir Royale.
Spend a lovely evening with nice people, French wines and French cheese. After the reception with a crémant or an aperitif (Rivesaltes Ambré 10 years old) and various amuses gueules, we start with white wines and matching cheeses. To accompany the rosé, enjoy a fine fennel salami or (for vegetarians) a mild hard cheese from the French Jura. From the red country wine and AOP wines, we finally arrive at a strong, excellent chateau wine. To accompany the 4 red wines, you can try various AOP cheeses, from mild soft cheeses to the strong and intense Camembert de Normandie.
