Gregor Pallast - Pallast der Republik
In the organizer's words:
For two and a half years, Gregor Pallast had disappeared from the cabaret stage. Whether he was simply watching the world go off the rails or quietly gathering his thoughts amid the madness—no one knows for sure. But one thing is certain: he’s back. And how.
With his fourth solo show, the Bonn-based cabaret artist returns to the Pantheon—a place where political humor still takes a stand and the punchline doesn’t fizzle out at the first round of applause. As usual, Pallast serves up razor-sharp analyses, biting satire, and a view of the republic so clear that your laughter might just get stuck in your throat.
Politics? It gets torn apart. The media? They get exposed. The audience? It’s challenged—and rewarded.
With the premiere of “Pallast der Republik,” the “Reinheim Satire Lion” and “Paulaner Solo” award winner officially ends his two-and-a-half-year hiatus from the stage here.
The press says:
“Pallast chooses paths and causal chains that wind and circle their way up to the Olympus of political cabaret.” Süddeutsche Zeitung
