Reopening of the Kultur Palast Harburg after four years of construction—let’s celebrate!

4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.:Official opening with Finance Senator Dr. Andreas Dressel, District Administrator Christian Carstensen, and many guests of honor, as well as numerous performances.Free admission

6:00 p.m.: Gospeltrain in Concert, 
look forward to the “Harburg Hymn,” sophisticated arrangements, innovative cover versions of world-famous hits, and choral singing with a distinctive style. Free admission

7:15 p.m.: Muras & Band – The Working Advocates. Four Harburg lawyers will get the crowd going with groovy blues, rock, and rock ’n’ roll. Free admission!

8:15 p.m.: The Volcanoes. 
When soul music bursts forth from the depths of the soul like molten lava from a volcano, that’s The Volcanoes. With their explosive motto “Hot and dirty,” this band of top Hamburg musicians ignites a musical fireworks display of passionate soul, Motown, and funk that brings legends like Stevie Wonder, Otis Redding, Marvin Gaye, James Brown, and Sam Cooke back to life. Volkan Baydar, a chart-topping star of the analog era and the distinctive voice of the Hamburg cult duo Orange Blue, has fulfilled a long-cherished dream by founding “The Volcanoes.” Free admission!

9:30 p.m.: Disco for everyone, with DJ Ron Prinzlau from Downtown Disco starting at 9:00 p.m. in the main hall. Free admission!
