HADES - Luana Rossetti

"HADES" is an impressive solo dance performance that explores the boundaries between the body, society and inner truth. Choreographer and performer Luana Rossetti invites the audience to embark on a powerful journey through the contradictions of femininity, power and personal transformation.

"HADES" shows a woman in an intense self-conflict who embodies the inner conflict between hidden demons and social expectations. At the center is a body that surrenders to the temptations of false truths. The performance is a radical and unsparing portrait of systemic misogyny and sexism, told from the perspective of a child, a girl, a young woman. With powerful movements and haunting choreography, the stage becomes a place of confrontation with unspoken experiences, taboos and social reactions to abuse and shame.

The dramaturgically clear structure leads the performer through moments of chaos, fear and inner struggle. Different life experiences and dance styles interweave to reveal the duality of femininity between stereotypes and social expectations. With each movement, Luana breaks down the boundaries of time and space, opening up invisible worlds and revealing the hidden facets of strength and resilience.

"HADES" is a physically challenging and emotionally charged production that involves the audience in an intimate dialog. The powerful combination of passion, violence and tenderness immerses us in a world in which the search for identity and the confrontation with power relations are redefined.
