Ute (Kirsten Annika Lange) is a normal single woman in her early 40s who lives in a shared flat in Berlin and ekes out a living as a freelance graphic designer. After the end of her last relationship, she has come to the conclusion that she is incapable of having a relationship, that she should dismiss love as a fairy tale and live out her new freedom.

But that's easier said than done! A career is out of the question, Ute's mother is annoying, and good sex is in short supply anyway. The daily madness!

But when a Johnny Depp lookalike and Michael, who is solid from the ground up, suddenly appear in Ute's life, her world is turned upside down. A play about male clichés, female fantasies and the realization that being single is not for "weaklings".
