Hana recorded her debut album "Soon" outdoors, in quiet moments after bushfires
and wild storms had ravaged her home in the Australian bush.
Completely isolated, with only her beloved cows and a few instruments, recording "Soon" became a way to process grief alongside nature's chorus.
Hana has been compared to artists like Grouper, Vasti Bunyan, The Microphones and Alex G. Soon has been played on Chicago's KRANKY label radio, Cillian Murphy's BBC6 show and Maria Somerville's NTS show to name a few. Hand has a loyal fan base spread around the world. Soon all
records sold out within a week of their release and Spotify has counted over 2 million views since their release in January alone. In her live performances, Hana can be seen playing classical guitar, percussion, tape loops, drone and building imaginary choirs.
