"I always drink my coffee black - and without water," says Olm. Olm is pure, rough, indestructible, direct and playful. He has a fixed, steely gaze in a velvet eye, a well-trained body and he knows no fear. At least not the kind of fear that is instilled in the so-called broad masses on a daily basis. The two-time Comedy Award winner and head of his former TV show "Olm" does not bluff, but gets straight to the point, unfiltered and with the sharpness of a Japanese blade saw.
In a time of increasing disorientation, the question of the meaning of life is becoming ever louder. When roulette says "nothing goes", in real life it means "everything goes". But who still knows their way through the tangle of thousands of conflicts? Who knows today what they will feel tomorrow? Everyone is talking about the end of the world, but that doesn't get us anywhere. And so OLM works through all the topics that are on our minds in a 2-hour fast-paced session. For him, positive thinking is the motto of life. He advocates fair discourse at all levels. Not always seeing everything so doggedly. Be able to indulge!
His view of society is as disarming and clear as the transparent liquid of a zero-five gin and tonic spritzer. His musical repertoire is breathtaking - small works of art set to music that are hilarious. HE celebrates life as absurd theater, resurrects dead stars and still wonders why the sick don't die out.
Olm fascinates with unpolished leaps of thought and messages that leave his audience in joyful amazement.
Instead of squandering his hard-earned money on Bird Island or in Switzerland's Little Walser Valley, HE prefers to make his way through the provinces to give his audience something unfiltered that the public media have not been offering them for a long time.
