The centerpiece of the evening: the pork knuckle of the week —prepared to perfection and melt-in-your-mouth tender on the inside. The pork knuckle is served with a rich, fresh gravy and a selection of traditional side dishes, such as golden roasted potatoes. Dessert puts the sweet finishing touch on this hearty meal.
