For over 20 years, Peter H. Müller has devoted himself full-time—but above all, intensely and passionately—to the seemingly inexhaustible subject of food and drink.
The multi-award-winning sommelier and self-taught
2-toque chef is bringing his interpretation of Pannonian cuisine from Northern Burgenland—and the flavors that go with it—to Cologne-Ehrenfeld for one week.
This Austrian by choice will serve you a 6-course menu designed for “sharing and lingering,” complete with an appetizer, a dessert, and all the trimmings.
