Los Angeles-based saxophonist, composer and producer Henry Solomon is spending a week as artist in residence at the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz in Cologne to work with students from the jazz and pop departments.
The concert at Stadtgarten is the grand finale of this residency and will bring Henry's music to life in three different formats: Henry Solomon solo, a smaller combo, the Terabyte Shark Ensemble and a large ensemble: the Mirrors & Doors Orchestra.

Henry's albums combine jazz, pop, punk and electronics. As a solo artist, Henry has toured the USA, Europe, South America and Australia. He can be heard on hundreds of recordings by artists such as Paramore, Vampire Weekend, Louis Cole, Miley Cyrus, HAIM, Rostam, Mon Laferte and many others. Henry has performed at Madison Square Garden, the Hollywood Bowl, Sofi Stadium and recently played on the Tonight Show with Thumpasaurus. Henry also played baritone saxophone as Lisa Simpson in the Disney+ short film "When Billie Met Lisa" with Billie Eilish.
