With the HfMDK Salsa Band

The university's salsa band plays authentic salsa music from Cuba and Puerto Rico. The outstanding singer Ana Pico from Cuba, accompanied by a grooving rhythm section with timbales, congas and bongos, interprets classic hits of the genre as well as less well-known pieces. The repertoire includes pieces from the 70s of the last century as well as more modern pieces.
A 4-piece brass section provides plenty of power.
The varied arrangements are sometimes romantic, sometimes energetic and powerful and invite you to do more than just listen.
The music is of course perfect for dancing.

HfMDK students pay €5 admission at the box office on presentation of their university ID.
