Hinnerk Köhn - "Noir". Stand-Up-Comedy

I’ve done it all: silly, nonsensical stories, political cabaret, a thousand years of poetry slam, music comedy, improv, classic stand-up. And slowly, I’m figuring out who I am on stage. Screw the sad clown image, screw the underground and the mainstream. I’m Hinnerk. This is my fourth show, “Noir.” My sunny disposition meets my terribly dark humor; my sobriety meets my addiction; I’m taking a deep dive into my past and pulling out everything from my life that’s worth making fun of.

If someone jumps into the abyss, will you jump after them? Probably. Because if I’ve learned one thing on stage, it’s that you should laugh at sad things. That’s what I’ll try to do live on stage. Together with you. With a bit of resignation, a lot of cynicism, and one eye crying and one eye laughing. In the end, Leonard Cohen plays, and we’ve all had a good evening—one that gives you a little energy to stick it out through all this crap—and I’m just glad you’re here. Maybe it’s way cooler down in the abyss than it is up here.
