In the organizer's words:
A House Full of Stuff
BETWEEN JARRED CHERRIES, A BANK ACCOUNT FILLED WITH EXPECTATIONS, and the nose of an unknown father, a house full of things takes shape. notsopretty is creating a piece about memories that fade, about objects as enduring witnesses to the past, about bureaucracy, emotions, and inequality. Who inherits, and who is left out? What is life like when money no longer matters? And how many zeros are there in a billion, anyway? *A House Full of Stuff* is an invitation to negotiation, reflection, and redistribution, featuring integrated audio description and musical composition. Drawing on personal experiences, the three
performers translate the practice of inheritance into a performative testament. In doing so, they play with legal and contractual formalities, biographical and fictional narratives, personal accounts, and interviews. Twenty minutes before the performance begins, all visitors can explore the stage (early boarding, tactile tour). On November 15, 2026, a coffee and chat event on inheritance, wealth, and justice will take place at the Museum of the City of Lünen for anyone interested. Please register at theater@luenen.de. In cooperation with the Museum of the City of Lünen.
