H.L.M./ is a long-distance collaboration between Guillaume (Bordeaux) and Andrew (Berlin), two friends shaped by the Grenoble electronic scene who spent decades exchanging ideas before creating Ruines, Béton & Industrie. Blending synth, dark wave, and electro, the duo developed the album between Berlin and Bordeaux through years of remote collaboration. Andrew is also a member of Acid Washed and has worked with Patti Smith and Jean-Michel Jarre. LPS founder Assaf first met Andrew in the Berlin electronic scene, and together they later released *Ruines, Béton & Industrie* as H.L.M.’s debut album on Le Petit Signal.

GELBART/ Experimental pop, Berlin, 2005–present. 20+ records, two short films, one sci-fi novel, and roughly 500 bunnies. Gelbart’s shows combine synths, guitar, bass clarinet, vocoder, and self-built blipping machines—all played simultaneously by a single person—with visuals synced to the music. Absurd, DIY, and strangely consistent: a mirror universe where highbrow and lowbrow clash, giving rise to something akin to pop.
