On July 25, it’s that time again: We cordially invite you to our courtyard party! Come on by, bring your families and friends, and spend a lovely summer day with us in our courtyard right in the heart of Bonn’s Old Town.

There will also be an interactive quiz and plenty of opportunities to chat with us and our neighbors.

We are a self-managed housing project in Bonn’s Old Town and have been living in our building for eight years under a community-oriented ownership model without individual property rights. Since November 2024, we have been part of the Mietshäuser Syndikat.

We advocate that housing is not a commodity: for permanently affordable housing, against rent speculation, and for an open, solidarity-based community. With our planned energy-efficiency renovation, we aim to further develop this space and preserve it for the long term.
