This Breathwork course is your invitation to consciously immerse yourself in working with your breath and to explore what shows up in your body and your perception.
We use a deepened and rhythmic breathing technique that can lead you into physical sensing and emotional awareness. Music accompanies you throughout the session and can help you to get in touch with yourself more deeply.
I will guide you mindfully through the entire process and provide a safe space for your personal experience.
Important note:
This course is not suitable for pregnant women or people with cardiovascular disease, severe mental illness, epilepsy or acute asthma. If in doubt, please clarify with a medical professional in advance whether Breathwork is suitable for you.
