THE OPERA HOUSE AS AN ART GALLERY
The 1960s were a period of creative awakening - and the works of art from this period in the Bonn Opera House also reflect this: let HAP Grieshaber take you on a journey along the Rhine that is not at all romantic, and experience how the trained painter Otto Piene used the most modern technology of the time to shape light himself. Erich Hauser's expansive steel sculptures were still causing trouble in Bonn years later.
