IC FALKENBERG sings his new songs and his hits such as "Dein Herz", Mann im Mond", "Eine Nacht", and "Wunderland" but also songs that have long been missing from his concerts. Of course, many of the songs have exciting and amusing stories that need to be told.

IC FALKENBERG has been on stage since he was ten years old. In the eighties, he was the singer, composer and lyricist of Stern Meissen.
With his hits, he helped the band to the most successful phase in its history. At the same time, he became one of the most successful and popular solo artists in East Germany in the mid-1980s under the stage name IC FALKENBERG, selling over 250,000 copies of his first two solo albums. Over 50 years of stage presence and 29 albums speak for themselves, as does FALKENBERG's musical diversity.

IC FALKENBERG is accompanied by Ilka Griesser on cello, Katharina von Koch on violin and Silke Schmidt on viola.

Ilka Griesser began playing the cello at the age of eight, was a pupil at the "Spezialschule für Musik" in Halle and completed her studies in music, musicology/media studies/psychology at the "Hochschule der Künste" in Berlin in 2014. Ilka Griesser is a state-certified violin maker.
She has been working as a freelance cellist in all genres since 2022.

Violinist Katharina von Koch was also a student at the "Spezialschule für Musik" in Halle and studied music and musicology/journalism in Leipzig. She played in the Saxony-Anhalt Youth Symphony Orchestra, the Halle and Leipzig Academic Orchestras and in other projects and orchestras of various styles.

Silke Schmidt received her first violin lessons at the age of five, laying the foundation for her musical career. While studying cultural economics in Passau, the native of Lower Saxony discovered the viola for herself and expanded her artistic spectrum to include this sonorous instrument. Today, Silke Schmidt is a versatile musician who is active in various chamber music ensembles and orchestras. She is also involved in cross-genre projects in which she demonstrates her musical openness and love of experimentation.
