Heike (59) works as a site manager in the building cleaning industry and mediates daily between clients, company management, and cleaning staff. After she tries to poach an employee from a key subcontractor, the subcontractor threatens to withdraw his support unless he is given more hours and a higher revenue share. Heike finds herself increasingly caught in a conflict between her responsibility toward her own employees and the realities of the low-wage sector.
